Illustrations of Tom Whalen

I have just come across the work of Tom Whalen. While I am sure I have seen most of it before in other blogs and sites, I was reminded of the work cause a bunch of asses were mocking his style on the Sci-Fi Wire a few days ago. I really enjoy these retro like illustrations and it reminds me of the wonder that some artists hold when looking at other people’s creations and then doing them in their own styles. Hopefully this will help inspire me to get off my creative ass very shortly and finish my new portfolio site and add some work too.
